A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-BYR’, characterized by exceedingly upright, sturdy growth habit appropriate for container production and culture freely flowering habit, and a double flower characterized by petals and petaloids having a body of lavender blue, and a margin of rose-purple.
