A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘Bonaire Wind’, characterized by its upright, somewhat outwardly spreading, uniformly mounded and dense plant habit appropriate for container production; glossy dark green-colored leaves; uniform, freely and early flowering habit; large clear yellow-colored flowers with white-colored centers; and good postproduction and garden performance.
