A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘IFHEBBR’, characterized by its compact and uniformly mounded plant habit; densely foliated and bushy appearance; dark brown to almost black-colored leaves; long flowering period; numerous inflorescences with greyed red-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
