A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Crystal Spires’, characterized by its full, densely foliated and uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; silver-colored upper leaf surfaces and purple-colored lower leaf surfaces; numerous large white-colored flowers arranged on erect panicles; and excellent garden performance.
