A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Caroline’, characterized by its full, densely foliated and uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; purple bronze and silver-colored leaves; numerous large white-colored flowers arranged on erect panicles; and excellent garden performance.
