A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Carnival Peach Parfait’, characterized by its greyed rosy-peach colored foliage with a slight silvery overlay and prominent reddish to reddish-brown venation, light green and greyed-purple colored flowers, and moderately vigorous, mounded growth habit, is disclosed.
