A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Big Top Burgundy’, characterized by its large orbicular-shaped leaves that emerge a dark browned yellow-green and mature with increased dark yellow-green coloration, large inflorescences; and vigorous, mounded growth habit, is disclosed.
