A new and distinct cultivar of Helleborus plant named ‘HER 1210’, characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaflets with lighter green-colored venation; freely flowering habit; whitish green-colored flowers that are tinged with purplish pink; and good garden performance.
