Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Helleborus plant named ‘Borusmura38’, characterized by its relatively compact, upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; deeply serrated leaflets that have dark green-colored upper surfaces that are densely covered with lighter green-colored speckles and purplish red-colored marginal edges and lower surfaces that are light green in color; freely flowering habit; yellowish green-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
