A new cultivar of Heliopsis plant named ‘Luna Roja’ that is characterized by its dwarf plant size, its strong flowering stems, its foliage that is dark green-purple to green-black in color, its inflorescences with ray florets that are orange-red in color, and its blooming from midsummer to early autumn in The Netherlands.
