A new and distinct cultivar of Hebe plant named ‘HEBANN05’ is disclosed, characterized by green-grey foliage with magenta tips. Plants produce racemes with trumpet shaped florets colored cerise. The new cultivar is a Hebe , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
