Abstract

A new cultivar of Hebe plant named ‘Clear Skies’ that is characterized by a compact, upright habit, steel-blue foliage and violet-blue flowers in summer. In combination these traits set ‘Clear Skies’ apart from all other existing varieties of Hebe known to the inventor.
