Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hebe plant named ‘HEBANN03’ is disclosed, characterized by unique variegated yellow and greyed-green foliage with purplish-pink new growth. Plants are mounded and grow wider than tall, producing racemes with trumpet shaped florets colored purple-violet. The new cultivar is a Hebe , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
