Abstract

A new and distinct variety of grapevine plant named ‘SV21-61-373’ particularly characterized by its green berry color, very firm texture and very large, sweet berries. Additionally, berries of the new cultivar are very responsive to applications of exogenous gibberellic acid and trunk girdling, more than doubling in size in comparison to untreated fruit.
