A new and distinct cultivar of Regal Geranium plant named ‘Oglger8026’, characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; relatively small leaves; freely flowering habit with flowers held above the foliar plane; and large dark burgundy-colored flowers with red purple-colored picotee-type margins, and white-colored throats.
