A new and distinct cultivar of Zonal Geranium plant named ‘Oglger6132’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and dark red-colored flowers arranged in umbels held above and beyond the foliar plane on strong peduncles.
