A new and distinct cultivar of Zonal Geranium plant named ‘KLEP04134’, characterized by its upright and uniform plant habit; freely branching; early and freely flowering habit; bright salmon-colored flowers arranged in rounded umbels held above the foliage on upright and strong peduncles; and good garden performance.
