A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fissalm’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of salmon-pink semi-double flowers, large umbels, borne high above the foliage, relatively large, intense green foliage with strong zonation, and medium to tall, fairly round plant habit.
