A new and distinct cultivar of Geranium plant named ‘Azure Rush’, characterized by its compact, upright and outwardly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; deeply dissected leaves; freely and continuous flowering habit; large single light violet-colored flowers with red purple-colored venation; long flowering period; good garden performance; and tolerance to mildew pathogens.
