A new and distinct cultivar of Gaura lindheimeri plant named ‘GBAWH02-1’ is disclosed, characterized by dense, compact plants. Flowering begins early and flower petals are clear white. The new variety is a Gaura , and is normally used as an ornamental garden or container plant.
