A new and distinct gardenia plant named ‘4KIMYMJ01’ particularly distinguished by flowers that are double-flowered with early flowering and increased flower production, dense compact branching habit with compact, dark green leaves, uniform, compact and mounding growth habit under standard production practices and increased tolerance to root diseases, is disclosed.
