A new and distinct cultivar of Gaillardia plant named ‘G15270’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading plant habit; vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and bushy habit; strong leaves that resist leaf pathogens; early and freely flowering habit; single sterile inflorescences with bright yellow-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
