Abstract

A new and distinct variety of Ficus plant named ‘ESPE1703’ which is characterized by the combination of a compact growth habit, large foliage relative to the small stems, dark green foliage that is blotched yellow-green and irregularly and broadly margined yellow to green-white, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation.
