A new and distinct Eucomis cultivar named ‘EUW061’ is disclosed, characterized by unique pink flowers that become darker pink with age. The new variety has a compact growth habit attractive dark pink scape. The new variety is a Eucomis , normally produced as an ornamental garden or container plant.
