A new and distinct cultivar of Erysimum plant named ‘Doerywapilem’, characterized by its compact, upright and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy habit; freely and continuous flowering habit; long flowering period; large pastel yellow, orange, and purple-colored flowers; tolerance to low and high temperatures and good garden performance.
