A new and distinct cultivar of Pothos (Epipremnun aureum) plant named ‘UF-Ea-0314’, particularly distinguished by medium to large sized plants, narrow and falcate shaped leaves, and stable solid green leaf coloration that has been maintained over more than 20 generations of asexual propagation without any variation.
