A new and distinct cultivar of Echinacea plant named ‘IFECSSSWFU’, characterized by its relatively compact and broadly upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; strong flowering stems; numerous semi-double type inflorescences with purplish red-colored ray florets and dark red-colored receptacle spines; and good garden performance.
