A new and distinct cultivar of Echinacea plant named ‘IFECSSSAL’, characterized by its upright and relatively compact plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; strong flowering stems; numerous large single-type inflorescences with purplish pink-colored ray florets and reddish brown-colored receptacle spines; and good garden performance.
