A new and distinct cultivar of Echinacea plant named ‘Hilmoomotiv’, characterized by its upright to somewhat outward plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit, dense and bushy appearance; strong and healthy roots and leaves; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; strong flowering stems; large inflorescences with light brownish orange-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
