Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Echinacea plant named ‘Balevoeen’, characterized by its single-type, purplish-pink colored inflorescences that first open a reddish-orange color and darken to a purplish-red color with age, medium green-colored foliage, low growth vigor, and compact-upright growth habit, is disclosed.
