A new and distinct Dracaena plant named ‘SILINDO’ which is characterized by large, lightly spiraled foliage born on an unbranched stem, dark green foliage that is centrally striped with golden-yellow and narrowly margined with yellow-green, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
