A new and distinct cultivar of Double Impatiens plant named ‘Boddblpchfr’, characterized by its compact, mounded and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green leaves; large pink-colored flowers; fully double flower form; freely flowering habit; and flowers positioned above and beyond the foliage.
