A new cultivar of Dietes bicolor plant named ‘DBV001’ that is characterized by its foliage that is distinctly variegated with shades of green and creamy white, its flowers that are soft yellow in color with bright orange and dark brown blotches, its good sun resistance, its robust growing habit, and its compact plant habit.
