A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named ‘WP22 ELECDR’ that is characterized by a compact mounding habit, single pink flowers, tri-band like pattern, blooming from May through October, with a light fragrance, glaucous blue green foliage, suitable for use as a flowering plant in pots and containers, is disclosed.
