Abstract

A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named ‘NOREEN’ that is characterized by pronounced compact habit, fine-textured grey-green foliage, and flowers that are raspberry pink with a magenta center. In combination these traits set ‘NOREEN’ apart from all other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
