A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named ‘Devon Xera’ that is characterized by compound mounding habit, strong vigor, yellow-green foliage and crimson flowers that bloom from May to September. In combination these traits set ‘Devon Xera’ apart from all other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
