Abstract

A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named ‘Devon Octavia’ that is characterized by compact mounding habit, medium-green foliage and pink and red flowers that bloom from April to October. In combination these traits set ‘Devon Octavia’ apart from all other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
