Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Deutzia plant named ‘NCDX3’ is described, characterized by abundant, dark pink flowers buds and deep pink striped flowers. Plants have low-growing, compact habits. The new variety is a Deutzia , typically used as an ornamental garden or landscape plant.
