A new cultivar of Delosperma plant named ‘T1873’ that is characterized by its very large flowers, its very floriferous and long blooming flowering habit; blooming from early summer to early autumn, its flowers that are bright orange in color with magenta tips and small yellow centers, and its low-growing plant habit.
