A new cultivar of Daphne plant named ‘HEWREB’ that is characterized by moderately dense habit, variegated dark green leaves with a broad yellow margin, and fragrant pale purple flowers. In combination these traits set ‘HEWREB’ apart from all other existing varieties of Daphne known to the inventor.
