A new cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Mystic Memories’ that is distinguishable by glossy mahogany-black divided leaves, dark purple-brown stems and flowers which are soft peach in color, bearing orange-red highlights and orange-red eye around a dark central disc, is disclosed.
