A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Dodaxsu’, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; moderate to rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large double-type inflorescences with reddish orange and bright yellow bi-colored ray florets; good postproduction longevity; and good garden performance.
