A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Dodaxrasic’, characterized by its mostly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large double-type inflorescences with deep red-colored ray florets good postproduction longevity; and good garden performance.
