A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Dodahyproswi’, characterized by its broadly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large double-type inflorescences with reddish purple and white bi-colored ray florets; good postproduction longevity; and good garden performance.
