A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Dodahhypnoyel 19’, characterized by its relatively compact, broadly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; relatively small dark green-colored leaves; early and freely flowering habit; large inflorescences with bright yellow-colored ray florets; and good postproduction longevity.
