Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘DDAHCHASTP’ is disclosed, characterized by red-purple double flowers with closed, dark purple centers when opening, then develop white “halos” at the base when mature. Plants have upright habits and dark green foliage. The new variety is a Dahlia , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
