Abstract

A new and distinct Cotinus cultivar named ‘SMCCDLP’ is disclosed, characterized by large maroon flower plumes. Plants are moderately vigorous, densely branching, upright and rounded in form. The new variety is a Cotinus, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
