A new cultivar of Cortaderia plant named ‘Day20’ that is characterized by its strong and sturdy plant habit, its conspicuously dense and compact plant shape, its floriferous flowering habit with creamy white inflorescences, and its variegated foliage that is margined and axillary striped with yellow-green to grey-yellow.
