A new and distinct cultivar of Coleus plant named ‘Docoldotomima’, characterized by its compact, upright to somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; relatively small variegated leaves that are medium green in color with yellow and purplish red-colored centers; and good garden performance.
