A new and distinct cultivar of climber rose plant named ‘LIMsummer’ is disclosed, characterized by late blooming, creamy-yellow and pink striped double flowers with a floral/cinnamon fragrance. Plants are vigorous climbers, and can be grown on their own roots. The new variety is normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
